Warpwire v1.8 – August 3, 2016

A major upgrade is scheduled for Warpwire for August 3rd from 6:00AM to 9:00AM. This update is expected to involve down time extending for one hour on each side of our normal maintenance window (6:00AM to 8:00AM). This upgrade includes the following major improvements:
  • New Video Player with improved streaming performance, multispeed playback (.25x, .5x, 1.0x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x), and inline sharing
  • New admin tools including the ability for admins to “Become a user” for support and troubleshooting
  • User Hotspot Analytics–Media Library admins and asset owners can view which users have watched a video, with custom date ranges and can view which segments a user has watched
  • Custom Video Thumbnail – Choose from up to 10 possible frames from the video as the video thumbnail
