Known issue with Chrome where Flash is Disabled

There is a known issue in Google Chrome with Warpwire’s current video player (JWPlayer) that if Adobe Flash is installed, but disabled, Adobe Flash isn’t able to set up the player to function and can’t fall back to HTML5 playback. The result of this is that users see three white dots going across as if the video is trying to load, but never does.
Until we move to our next version of Warpwire in July, which will utilize a different player not subject to this issue, the solution is to navigate to chrome://plugins in Google Chrome, and ensure the Adobe Flash plugin is enabled.
